At CHANCE, we ask that you follow our rules, determined at our discretion for the safety and comfort of our customers. Please agree to these terms before visiting.
Entry is strictly prohibited for individuals who fall under any of the following categories.

・Individuals in a state of intoxication or confusion due to abuse of psychotropic drugs
・Individuals currently under treatment for mental illness, or those receiving psychiatric care who have extreme difficulty controlling emotions due to psychological stress
・Individuals seeking to scout or establish relationships outside the establishment
・Individuals associated with anti-social forces or organized crime groups, or those deemed unsuitable for our services based on abusive language or behavior during reservation
・Individuals with a history of being banned from CHANCE Group or other similar establishments

CHANCE strictly prohibits all illegal activities and will not accept any liability disclaimers.

If you engage in or demand any of the following illegal activities or liability disclaimers, you will be asked to leave immediately, required to present identification, and banned from future use. In cases deemed malicious, we will contact our legal counsel and report to the police. Please note that fees will not be refunded in such cases.

・We promote Safer Sex. The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- ・Anal sex without condom use
- ・Oral ejaculation to boys (including accidental)
- ・Rimming customers
- ・Any acts that boys find unpleasant (even requesting "please let me" is considered prohibited)
・Violence and verbal abuse are strictly prohibited. If boys are injured and unable to work, you will be charged for medical expenses, damages, and lost earnings during the absence.
・Threatening, extortion, and stalking behaviors are prohibited.
・Scouting, poaching, or inviting to illegal activities is prohibited.
・Asking for real names, addresses, or non-official contact information (email addresses, LINE, phone numbers, etc.) is prohibited. To avoid trouble, customers are also strictly prohibited from sharing their contact information with boys.
・Recording (video, mobile phone/smartphone photography, audio recording, etc.) is prohibited.
・Bringing and using SM equipment, toys, condoms, lubricants, or other items that directly contact mucous membranes is prohibited.
・Forcing minors to drink alcohol or smoke is prohibited.
・Encouraging staff to abuse illegal drugs, psychotropic drugs, or cold medicine is prohibited.

Service Guidelines

For thorough hygiene management before play, customers and boys will shower together, with boys assisting in washing. Even if you have already showered, you will be asked to shower again with the boy before play. Before and after play, oral care with antiseptic mouthwash is required.

If there is body odor or bad breath, or if proper preparation has not been done for boys to be a bottom, contact with those areas cannot be performed. Customers who want boys to bottom and are unsure about preparation methods should search "anal sex preparation" in advance. For hygiene reasons, unprepared or inadequately prepared activities cannot be performed. Please refrain from preparation in our private room bathrooms.

For phimosis or poor genital health conditions, or extremely strong odors, protected oral will be provided.

While we strive for heartfelt service, please understand that depending on physical condition, erection may be poor or ejaculation requests may not be fulfilled. Regarding anal play, regardless of listed services, it may not be possible due to physical condition, size, play time, content, or compatibility. When unable to provide certain services, we will strive to satisfy you through other means.

We cannot provide pleasant service to those who are aggressive or rough from the moment of meeting, or who treat boys like objects or slaves. The session will be terminated immediately with no refund.

Reservations

Our website contains extensive information including work schedules, boy specifications, available services lists, profiles, customer reviews, and Twitter feeds. Please refer to these resources. We can answer other questions within reasonable limits, but cannot respond to inquiries unrelated to reservations.

We cannot accommodate frequent inquiries about availability or whether boys are currently with customers.

Weekly schedules (Monday through Sunday) are posted by 9:00 PM every Thursday. For reservations outside scheduled hours or beyond posted schedules, we can check with the boys. For reservations after the last train, taxi fare to the boy's residence area may be required. Please feel free to inquire.

We do not accept tentative reservations. Please only make confirmed reservations. Once reserved, we decline other customer requests for that time slot. Room reservations are also limited and handled similarly. Boys adjust their schedules around confirmed reservations, so please avoid changes or cancellations. For unavoidable changes or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible. Malicious cancellations or changes may incur cancellation fees.

We will accommodate customer delays as flexibly as possible, but if rooms or subsequent appointments prevent accommodation, the session will end at the originally reserved time. Please arrive punctually.

Boys may be absent on the day of reservation due to unavoidable circumstances (illness, disasters, accidents, bereavement, etc.). We cannot compensate for hotel or transportation costs in such cases. Please make reservations with this understanding.

We will contact you immediately upon learning of such situations, but may be unable to reach you if using blocked numbers, call waiting, or public phones. Please provide multiple contact methods including email addresses, official LINE, and phone numbers.

Private Room Usage

Our private rooms are independent studio-type rooms fully equipped with bath towels, toothbrushes, mouthwash, bath amenities, condoms, lubricants, etc. You can enjoy private time with boys.

Please call from the designated location provided during reservation for directions to the room. Payment is in advance, and unless special requests are made, only the amounts listed on the website apply.

Please manage your valuables carefully. We cannot be responsible for forgotten items or any troubles that may arise.

To avoid suspicion of recording or eavesdropping, please place all belongings in the provided storage. This includes pen-type, mobile battery-type, and charging outlet-type recording devices, which must also be stored away.

Outcall Services

We provide outcall services to hotels and private residences. Payment is in advance, including course fees plus round-trip transportation costs from Nakazakicho Station (see transportation section below).

We cannot provide outcalls to the following locations:

・Outdoor locations
・Inside vehicles
・Cruising areas
・Locations with multiple people where privacy cannot be maintained

For date courses involving gay bars or similar establishments not affiliated with us, please inform us in advance. Please also review the notes regarding hotel and private residence outcalls.

Towels are not provided for outcalls; please request in advance if needed. Hygiene supplies (condoms, lubricants, mouthwash) are provided by us.

For overnight courses, if bedding size cannot accommodate two people, service cannot be provided. In such cases, the boy will return home after play, and reserved fees cannot be refunded.

During appointments, all transportation costs, hotel fees, meal costs, and entertainment expenses are the customer's responsibility.

Transportation

Round-trip transportation costs from Nakazakicho Station are required. Transportation costs are calculated using Google Maps or Yahoo! Route Guide for the shortest standard route. If the nearest station is more than 10 minutes from the outcall location, additional taxi fare is required.

Meeting at the nearest station is also possible. In this case, the meeting time becomes the start time. Please provide detailed addresses, hotel names, and room numbers.

Please refrain from motorcycle transport when meeting with boys. For pick-up or transport by private car, please drive carefully to avoid accidents or troubles.

Sessions end at the designated meeting location within the course time. Transportation is limited to subway and train only; city bus transport is declined. For routes with few services, start times may be adjusted. Long-distance or shinkansen travel requires reserved seating.

We receive many outcall requests from across Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, Hokkaido, Okinawa, etc.). In such cases, course fees, round-trip transportation costs, plus long-distance outcall fees apply. Please feel free to inquire.

For long-distance outcalls, partial advance payment via bank transfer or credit card settlement is required. Transfer fees and other advance payment costs are the customer's responsibility.

Hotel Outcall Guidelines

When using fashion hotels, please confirm in advance that same-sex usage is permitted.

For other hotel outcalls, single-person reservations require special attention. Many business hotels have enhanced security recently. City hotels and luxury hotels that were previously accessible have also tightened security, so for single-person reservations, please confirm with the hotel in advance whether "friends or relatives can enter during single occupancy" or make reservations for two people.

※This information is also listed on the website's price list. If entry is denied, course fees plus round-trip transportation costs apply. Prior customer confirmation ensures reliable reservations.

Accommodation arrangements are contracts between customers and hotels; CHANCE Osaka cannot provide any assistance. Outcalls to certain budget accommodations in some areas cannot be accommodated.

Private Residence Outcall Guidelines

Private residence usage has the following restrictions:

・Prepare the indoor environment with minimum necessary cleaning and hygienically acceptable rooms
・Please adjust temperature to avoid extremely cold or hot conditions
・Boys may decline private residence outcalls due to allergies (animals, plants, house dust, etc.). When requesting home outcalls, please confirm during reservation or refer to boy profile pages
・Confirm that no third parties other than the customer and boy are present in the building or room

If the above conditions are not met, the session will be terminated immediately with no refund. Additionally, if rooms are cluttered with many items, sessions cannot be performed due to recording risks.

Our private rooms are studio-type apartments with necessary minimum amenities, so we welcome you to use our private room facilities.

Website Information Policy

We prohibit the following activities:

・Unauthorized reproduction of boy information and images from our website
・Unauthorized reproduction of images and text from our official SNS accounts
・Defamation or privacy violations against our establishment or boys on SNS, bulletin boards, blogs, etc.
・Activities that interfere with our business operations or other inappropriate behaviors

If any of the above activities are discovered, we may take legal action including provider disclosure requests in cooperation with our legal counsel.
